If You’re Sizing Me Up First
Anywhere you like throughout Tennessee and North Carolina. Virtual services only, so nobody drives anywhere.
It’s just like regular therapy but you can wear pajamas while I watch your cat walk across the keyboard. The major difference is that you use a phone, tablet, or computer to join a secure video call.
Forty-five to sixty minutes.

Adolescent work is a different skill set and I don’t claim it. Eighteen and over.
Couples counseling and counseling with men are my two specialties. Women come to me on their own, and they come as half of a couple.

We meet, you tell me what’s going on, and we both work out whether I have the skills you need. If I don’t, I’ll say so.
If You Want to Know Who You’re Talking To
In Tennessee I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. In North Carolina I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist.
That third license is North Carolina only. Substance abuse counseling doesn’t cross the state line with me, so in Tennessee the work is mental health counseling.
A BS in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. The first one is more useful than it sounds.
Yes. And I am allowed to be creative with my answers, if needed.
Mine holds up fine. Yours is the one you’ll be sitting on, and I’ve got no say in it.
A chair is probably the most comfortable choice for both of us. You’re at home, though, so it’s your call.
Life is so good I don’t select apps to make it better. Technology is used as needed in my world.
